Rafi Hamid, VP of Marketing and Sales
Cooper Auto Group
Greetings, my name is Rafi Hamid and I have been travelling around the country for most of my career teaching auto dealerships best practices in customer service. My specialty is in Internet Auto Marketing and I was the first to take the internet seriously as a tool for helping people do their car shopping online. I have worked alongside some of the largest groups in the nation and have brought them solid results with my innovative techniques.
I have been in the auto industry for over 30 years and I have seen many practices come and go; yet there are certain things that will never change about the industry. There are only two variables in our work, the car and the customer. It is our job as a dealership to have the best selection and price in the marketplace so that you feel confident in doing business with us. As a customer, it is your job to put us to the test and make sure we stand behind our product and follow up with you to make sure that you are satisfied. Many dealerships fail that most important part – the customer’s test. I have made it my duty to make sure that we don’t fail that test so I remind everyone here of the most important fact that keeps us in business:
Everything begins and ends with good customer service.
If you aren’t happy as a customer, then we have completely missed the mark. I came to work for the Cooper Auto Group because I recognized that they are serious about the way they interact with their customers – as friends and neighbors first. The Cooper Auto Group has been serving Oklahoma for over 50 years and has made a huge impression on the community. If you have any questions or concerns, we want to hear what we can do to make your experience better. Please email me personally at rafi-cag@cooperautogroup.com and I will attend to your concern as soon as I am able. You can also call me using the Meebo widget below, or check out my credentials on my Linked In account. I hope that we can make your next car buying experience the best one that you’ve ever had.
